The following are the most requested questions by residents; we hope you find them informative.


Recycle / Trash / Refuse
The Board of Health administers this department in Randolph; they can be reached at (781) 961-0924 to answer specific questions.  If you have any white goods (washer / dryer / water heater) for pick-up you must purchase a sticker at the Board of Health Office. Dog License / Registration
All dogs six months and older that reside in the Town of Randolph must be registered at the Town Clerk/Registrar's Office.  To register you must have a valid rabies certificate.  The fee for a spayed/neutered dog is $15.00; otherwise the fee is $20.00.  Registrations are on a calendar year basis starting on January 1st of each year.  We also include a mail-in registration form in your annual census (which is mailed the last week of December). Yard Sales
Residents may hold up to three (3) yard sales on any one (1) residential premise in each calendar year, and any such sale shall not continue for more than two (2) consecutive days. Yard sales shall not be conducted before 8:00 a.m. or after sunset. A permit is required from the Randolph Police Department (Enforcement: Randolph Board of Selectmen (781) 961-0911 and Police Department (781) 963-1212)


Vehicle Storage
The outdoor storage of more than one unlicensed or unregistered vehicles or any junk motor vehicle is prohibited.  The penalty for violations shall be $50 each day on which the violation exists/continues.   (Enforcement: Randolph Board of Selectmen (781) 961-0911 and Police Department (781) 963-1212)

No All Night Parking
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle other than one acting in an emergency to park said vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than one (1) hour between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. of any day. (Enforcement: Randolph Police Department (781) 963-1212)
