We would like to remind the residents of Randolph that we have an All Night Parking regulation in the Town of Randolph. In accordance with the Town of Randolph Traffic Regulation Article Number 4, Section Number 6 entitled “No All Night Parking”.

The restricted hours are from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. During this time there is “No All Night Parking” on any street. Violators of this regulation will be assessed a $15.00 fine.

In addition we would also like to remind people that if you park in the street during a snowstorm or during a parking ban declared by the Chief of Police, you could be issued a ticket for “Interfering Snow Removal”, also a $15.00, fine and your vehicle may be towed at your expense. Please watch the Randolph Community Cable Channel as well as the Town of Randolph web site for updates.

We would also like to remind people that any person removing or clearing snow whether by snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, or any other kind of snow removal, whether mechanical or manual, who deposits or leaves snow so removed in a public way, whether or not such snow deposits physically obstruct the flow of traffic on such public ways, shall be fined $300.00. 

With the winter months upon us, we are asking that no one violate these regulations. This will ensure Public Safety with regards to snow removal as well as emergency response.
